Your tasks:
- Monitoring the quality of the food
- Acceptance and control of the delivered goods and the food stock for quality and quantity as well as their proper storage
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the kitchen
- Collaboration in the design of the menu
- Arrangement and production of dishes as well as development of new recipes
Your qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a cook or semi-skilled.
- High degree of independence, professional experience, creativity and commitment
- Flexibility, sense of responsibility, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
