Our extensive, complimentary activity program takes place outdoors by the lake in good weather and indoors in case of bad weather.

Of course, in the summer, you can look forward to a refreshing swim in the Schwarzsee every morning before breakfast is served. In the afternoon, water enthusiasts can enjoy a round of stand-up paddling.



Our next-level fitness room not only impresses with its smart Technogym equipment line but also with the panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, which you can enjoy from the stepper or treadmill. For a refreshing break, simply step out onto the adjacent sun deck.

Please book your personal training session before the start of your vacation or at least 24 hours in advance.


Yoga by the lake.

Our complimentary activity program offers yogis the opportunity to practice yoga by the lake twice a week during the warm months. Enjoy the tranquility and energy in this unique lakeside location, framed by the stunning mountain panorama of the Kitzb├╝hel Alps.
