Cancellation Policy
We guarantee full flexibility.
Cancellations are only valid in writing.
From 3 days before the start of the vacation or no-show we charge 80 % of the booked stay.
28 to 4 days before the start of the vacation we charge 50 % of the arrangement price.
Up to 29 days before the start of the vacation no cancellation fees will be charged.
Travel Insurance.
We recommend you a travel insurance. You have the option to either book insurance through us when you make your reservation, or you can ask your insurance company for advice.

On the day of arrival, the rooms or suites are available from 15:00 at the earliest. On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to confirm a specific room number or view.
Conditions:
The reservation is binding when we have received a deposit immediately after receipt of the written reservation confirmation. (You will then receive a written confirmation and a binding reservation commitment). The balance is due on arrival or guaranteed by credit card. We accept all major credit cards (except American Express) and EC cards.
