Natural, regional, and seasonal are the three key ingredients for culinary delight at the Alpenhotel Kitzbühel. Chef de Cuisine Jochen Popp and his team primarily focus on products from local farmers. Game meat is sourced from their own hunting grounds in the Karwendel and Rofan Mountains, while milk and cheese products come from their own farm and dairy in the Zillertal.
